Government of Grandpas

The President (71 years old) and Congress (around 6o year old average) are not the only old people in the US government. "More than a quarter of federal employees are now older than 55." (http://www.politico.com/agenda/story/2017/09/27/aging-government-workforce-analysis-000525)



How can we make the demographics of our government more representative of the people in the US?
