National Uninsured Rate Falls to Lowest Level in US History

New data from a CDC Survey show the effects of the ACA (Obamacare) two years into the law's implementation. The survey shows a historically low US uninsured rate, 9%, and California's rate is even lower, at 8.6%. An article from "CoveredCA.com" attributes this to the state's embrace of the ACA.
